To Complete a Risk Action on an Early Warning Notification
When all of the
tasks associated with the risk action have been resolved, you may close the
risk action.
Follow these steps to close a risk action in an Early Warning Notification (EWN):
- Open the EWN for which you want to close a risk action.
- On the Risk Actions tab, select the risk action for which you want to close.

Enter the date that the risk action was completed, by clicking the
Date actioned calendar icon (
), and selecting a date.
- Enter details in the Close out commentary box.
- In the Communication status list, select Closed.
